Upon approved admission to our community, a service plan is created for your loved one by our team of professionals with input from the family.  This plan is designed to ensure that each resident receives the appropriate level of care while at Willow Marsh Manor.  Additional services Include, but are not limited to:

 

• 24 Hour Certified Care Providers (1 certified live-in care provider on premises)

• Awake overnight services provided

• Our facility provides 3 nutritional meals daily with 2 snacks

• Specialty meals are also prepared, by request, to meet physician prescribed meal requirements

• The resident can bring in their own furniture and/or home elements for a more personalized feel or we can work with the family to design a room that in appealing and welcoming to your family member

•  Daily Social & Cultural Activities are offered to engage residents

• Laundry & Housekeeping Services are included

• Alzheimer’s  and Dementia Care Trained Staff

• Assistance with Grooming & Dressing

• Health Monitoring – Vital Signs

• Transportation Services to Designated Facility Events

• Physician Visits at the Facility

• Pharmacy Delivery

• Cable Television in the general area and each room

• Internet Access - 24 hours

• Private & Semi-Private Rooms

• 45 Day Nurse Assessments

• Level 1, 2 & 3 Care Provided
